Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

I just want to say a big hello and Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends! I am so thankful to have so many wonderful things in my life; my beautiful family, caring friends, best blogger buddies ever and I am so grateful for all the amazing inspiration everyone shares every day! Thank you to all!

I thought I would celebrate this day by sharing some pretty pics of a beautiful flower arrangement my wonderful hubby surprised me with the other day. Enjoy!

JBE Challenge Time!

For my DT card I had to use some of the new papers from the Pink Paislee Mistletoe line, which is simple gorgeous! I also used a Prima Lustered Leaf Spray on the card and if you haven't seen this most amazing product before it is so fabulous because you can shape it to how you want it to look! Tis the Season of Joy - CPS143

I am so excited that I got to play along in a challenge and post my card! I think I might have mentioned this before, but I often play my favorite challenges and just never get to post the card. The cards end up sitting in a 'Not Posted Yet' folder, but not today! So here is my take on CPS143 challenge.

I used papers from Webster's Pages Winter's Wings collection, Cotton Scraps from Crafty Secrets, Kaiser rhinestones and a beautiful MF corner embellishment.

Vintage Christmas Kit

Hi there! I just wanted to share a couple of cards I made using the Vintage Christmas Inspiration Kit I put toghther. This kit has so many unique and wonderful little goodies in it and I was so excited to sell my first one the other day!! :-) Now onto the cards!

 

 
 

I love very traditional, vintage feeling cards at Christmas time. I think it's because they seem so warm and familar. If you are interested seeing this kit close up and reading more about all it's goodies click here. :-)

My Little Shop!

Hello fellow crafters, friends and bloggers! I did it! I decided to open up a little shop on Etsy where I will sell my most fav items, mixed with some fun vintage finds.

If you visit my blog often, you already know how much I LOVE ribbon! My shop will of course be stocked with all my favorite styles, along with other much loved items such as some great Melissa Frances embellishments.

I just opened the store and still have lots of items that I will be adding, so please check back often!

JBE Challenge

Huggable Ribbon Card

I think everyone that visits my blog knows how much I LOVE ribbon! So when I saw that CARDS was having a ribbon challenge on their blog, of course I had to play along. Using an old CPS sketch I made this card full of October Afternoon goodness and of course - beautiful wide ribbon!

This card is also a small hint to some pretty big plans I have in the works. I can't reveal much more then that right now, but I am hoping I will be able to share everything with you very soon!!

CP Guest Designer!

I am so excited to be the Guest Designer at Card Patterns this week! And this week's sketch is a fabulous one! Here's my take on it.

Isn't that bird stamp and sentiment beautiful?! I picked up a bunch of vintage inspired stamp sets from Craft Secrets and they are all so lovely. Sorry for the quick post but I have a bunch of family stuff going on this weekend that I must get back to.

Happy Friday all! Today is a super busy day over here. My parents are in town visiting and my hubby has taken the day off work, so lots of great family activity.
